Your gown will ship out 3-7 days before your photoshoot date using express shipping with tracking and a required signature on delivery to make sure it reaches you on time. A return shipping label and an instruction sheet will be included in the box for an easy return.
Customs paperwork will be provided and must be placed on top of the box when returning the dress. It is crucial to follow provided instructions. If additional fees are incurred due to failure to follow the correct return process, the fees will be subtracted from the damage deposit.
Your dress must be shipped back the next day after your rental period ends using the prepaid return label provided. Please use the original packaging. Late returns will be charged at $50 per day. If the dress is not returned within 3 days, the full rental fee applies.
Please remember, this is a rental, not a custom-made gown, so a perfect fit isn’t always guaranteed.
Our gowns are designed for photoshoots, not events, so small imperfections in fit won’t show. Most dresses are adjustable and should work well if your provided measurements are accurate.
If something feels truly off, contact us right away with photos. If the dress hasn’t been worn and shows no signs of use, a partial refund may be considered minus $150 for shipping and handling.
All dresses are steamed and pressed before shipping, but some wrinkling may occur in transit. Steam only — never iron — to refresh your gown safely.
