Welcome to Athena Dress Rental Inc. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that apply to all rentals, fittings, and services provided by Athena Dress Rental. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

All rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received. Prices, fees, and deposits are clearly outlined before booking and may vary depending on rental type, location, or shipping requirements. Deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise stated in writing. A refundable damage deposit is required for every rental and will be returned after the gown and accessories are inspected, provided they are returned in good condition and on time.

Rented dresses remain the property of Athena Dress Rental at all times. Renters are granted the right to use the gown and any included accessories only for the agreed rental period. The gown must be returned by the specified deadline. Late returns are subject to additional charges, and unreturned items may be reported as stolen.

The renter is responsible for ensuring the gown and accessories are cared for during the rental period. All rentals are subject to our Damage Policy, which outlines acceptable wear, prohibited activities, and charges that may apply in cases of damage, loss, or total loss. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Damage Policy.

Payments must be made through the accepted methods listed on our website or booking forms. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the rental date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of deposits.

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled according to our stated policies. Rentals are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under certain conditions. If you are unable to use your rental, you must contact Athena Dress Rental as soon as possible to discuss options.

Some product images displayed on this website may include AI-enhanced or AI-generated visuals created solely to illustrate dress details, color tones, and styling possibilities. These images are highly accurate representations of the actual gowns but may differ slightly under various lighting or camera conditions. Every dress is presented to clients through a live video consultation or in-person fitting before finalizing any rental. Claims alleging discrepancies based solely on digital or AI imagery will not be accepted, as all clients are given the opportunity to verify the design, color, and fit prior to booking. Athena Dress Rental maintains the highest effort to ensure that all displayed visuals truthfully reflect the real garments.

Athena Dress Rental reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including situations where prior rentals were returned late, damaged, or unpaid.

Photos or media taken during fittings or rentals may be used by Athena Dress Rental for promotional purposes if the renter has given consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by written request.

By booking a rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy and Damage Policy. These documents together form the full agreement between Athena Dress Rental and the renter.
